May Giveaways! promotion will be run by Horizons Casino, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, Leicester Square, London WC2H 7BP, in accordance with the rules of play in force at Horizons Casino.

Horizons will be giving away more than £15,000 worth of prizes in the month of May 2026. The promotion will run from Friday 1st May to Sunday 31st May 2026, with 2 winning tickets drawn 6 times per day.

Eligibility and entries

• All participants must be at least 18 years old to qualify.
• All participants must be a registered member of Horizons Casino.
• The promotion is open to Lunar, Nova and Supernova members only.
• Draw tickets will be given on entry, on the member’s first visit of the day.
• Tickets are capped at 1 per day per customer.
• It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that their draw tickets are completed and posted in the Horizons Casino tombola located on the main gaming floor.
• Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the promotion.

The prize draw

• Prize draws for May Giveaways! will take place on the lower ground floor, where a manager will announce the start of each draw 6 times a day, at 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, 10pm and 12am (midnight), daily from Friday 1st May to Sunday 31st May 2026.
• Winners must be present in the casino at the time of the draw to collect their prize.
• If the prize is not claimed within 5 minutes, another card will be re-drawn until a winner is found.
• The tombola will be emptied after the last draw at 12am (midnight), ready for the next day’s entry tickets.
• Prizes will be awarded through a ‘Prize Card’ mechanism.
• Selected winners will choose one Prize Card at random. Each Prize Card contains a unique QR code which must be scanned to reveal the prize. The prize revealed upon scanning the QR code is final and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• These prizes have no cash value outside of the promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prizes included in the draw are:

  • Match-Plays
  • Free Plays
  • Dinner at Ember
• All prizes must be redeemed by Sunday 7th June 2026.

General terms and conditions

VIP Slot Tournament — Terms and Conditions

The VIP Slot Tournament will be held by Horizons Casino, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, Leicester Square, London WC2H 7BP, in accordance with the rules of play in force at Horizons Casino.

The tournament will be held on Wednesday 6th May 2026 at 7pm.

Eligibility and entries

• All participants must be at least 18 years old.
• There is no direct buy-in; the tournament is by invitation only.
• Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the tournament.

Principles of the tournament

• 24 players will be invited to take part in the tournament.
• There will be 6 qualifying rounds and a final.
• Machines are attributed by means of a draw, with a maximum of 4 players per qualifying round.
• In each qualifying round, each player will have 1 minute of play to accumulate as many points as possible.
• The top 6 players, with the highest points at the end of the qualifying rounds, will go through to the final.
• In the case of a tie, an extra 1 minute of play will be added for the tied players. The same process will take place in the case of any additional tie.

Prize money

Prize money will be paid in promo tickets/chips with a maximum pay-out value of £5,000, shared as follows:

• 1st Prize: £2,000
• 2nd Prize: £1,000
• 3rd Prize: £800
• 4th Prize: £600
• 5th Prize: £400
• 6th Prize: £200

Weekly £2,000 Slot Tournaments — Terms and Conditions

The Weekly £2,000 Slot Tournaments will be run by Horizons Casino, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, Leicester Square, London WC2H 7BP, in accordance with the rules of play in force at Horizons Casino.

The qualifying period will start on Monday 4th May 2026, and tournaments will be held on Wednesday 13th, 20th and 27th May 2026 at 6:30pm.

Eligibility and entries

• All participants must be at least 18 years old.
• There is no direct buy-in.
• Tickets will be earned separately for each tournament. They will be earned from Monday to Sunday in the week prior to the draw and tournament.
• Members will earn a ticket for every £100 of slot turnover per week, with a maximum of 10 tickets awarded to a single customer per day.
• Members that earn £15 in points or more per one gaming visit, and have selected ‘yes’ to email contact, will also receive 1 x £100 Match Play per week, valid for use during the following week. Members may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time.
• Match Play rewards are subject to standard Match Play Terms and Conditions. Full terms (including expiry) will be provided to eligible customers via email at the point of issue.
• Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the promotion.

• The weekly draw will be done on Neon every Monday for the Wednesday tournament.
• Each tournament will include its own final.
• 20 players will be drawn for the qualifying rounds each week, and the top 5 players with the highest points will go through to the final round.

Hot Seat June! — Terms and Conditions

The ‘Hot Seat June!’ promotion will be run by Horizons Casino, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, Leicester Square, London WC2H 7BP, in accordance with the rules of play in force at Horizons Casino.

This promotion offers members the chance to win between £25 and £500 while playing slot games during the promotional period.

The promotion will run from Monday 2nd June 2026 at 2pm until 1am on Sunday 28th June 2026.

Eligibility and entries

• All participants must be at least 18 years old to qualify.
• All participants must be a registered member of Horizons Casino.
• Participants must be logged in and actively playing any slot games at the time of Hot Seat selection.
• Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the promotion.

How it works

• During the promotional period, random players (‘Hot Seat’ winners) will be selected manually.
• The manager will draw a report on the active slot players list on Neon and will use an independent random number generator tool to identify the Hot Seat winner. For example, if there are 5 active players on slots at the time of the draw, the tool will generate a number between 1 and 5; the manager will then check the selected number against the list on the report and the name with the corresponding number will be the winner.
• Selection is entirely random and is not dependent on wager size, win/loss status, or duration of play.
• Players must be actively spinning at the time of selection to qualify.

Prize

• A casino manager will announce 5 ‘Hot Seat’ winners every day from Monday to Sunday, at random times within the following windows:
  • 2pm – 4pm
  • 6pm – 8pm
  • 9pm – 10pm
  • 10pm – 11pm
  • Midnight – 1am
• The timing of each draw is not influenced by player identity, spend, activity level, or game outcome.
• Winners of ‘Hot Seat’ will spin the lucky wheel for a chance to win between £25 and £500.
• The prize will be paid in promo chips/tickets. The promo chips/tickets have no cash value outside of the promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the player in a selected ‘Hot Seat’ is disconnected or inactive, the prize will be forfeited.
• If the seat is empty, the prize moves on to the next selected ‘Hot Seat’.
