Our Roulette tables are open daily from 11am until 6am, with a minimum bet of £2.
How to play
American Roulette uses a wheel with 38 numbered pockets — numbers 1 through 36 alternating red and black, plus a green 0 and green 00. Players bet on where they think the ball will land. Once all bets are placed and the dealer calls “No more bets”, the wheel is spun and the ball settles into a pocket. Winning bets are paid and losing bets are collected.
Buying chips
Each Roulette table uses colour-coded chips specific to that table. To buy in, place your cash on the table and ask the dealer for “colour please”. You will be assigned a unique colour so your bets can be distinguished from other players. When you finish, exchange your colour chips for standard cash-value chips with the dealer — these can be used at other tables or cashed in at the Cash Desk.
Placing bets
You may bet on a single number, any combination of numbers, or one of the even-money outside bets such as Red/Black, Odd/Even or High/Low. Place your bets before and during the spin until the dealer announces “No more bets”. The minimum and maximum stake for each bet type is displayed at the table.

Electronic Roulette — Touch Bet Terminals
As well as our live Roulette tables, Horizons offers 24 Touch Bet terminals — individual electronic stations where you can place Roulette bets from your own screen, linked directly to a live wheel on the casino floor.
To play, insert notes into the terminal and your credits will appear on screen. Tap the layout to place bets, then watch the live wheel result on your screen. When you’re ready to stop, press “cash” and collect your ticket at the Cash Desk. Touch Bet terminals are open from 10am daily — an hour earlier than the live tables.
